With construction progressing on site, we will advise the next steps in advance of project completion. Careful programming allows us to identify when each trade will complete. We can help plan, source and procure all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). Curated provide a seamless transition from construction site to a complete finished property, ready for handover and occupation.

Once complete, we will ensure a full and comprehensive handover is provided from the contractor and consultant team. If you are looking to occupy, we can arrange furniture removal, delivery and installation.
